Istanbul hosts 2 important gatherings of leading forwarders' organizations !
   
Between 4 - 6 September 2002, the ATLAS INTERNATIONAL NETWORK's annual meeting is held in Istanbul. GENEL TRANSPORT, a member of ATLAS since its foundation in 1998, makes a presentation with the title: "Transport and Trade in Turkey". Slides are available on CDs presented to attendees and Internet visitors.
         This year's FIATA Congress is held in Istanbul between 8 - 12 September 2002. 

During the meeting the freight-forwarding industry  will debate its problems in local, regional and international arenas. Location of the event is 10 min away from GENEL TRANSPORT's main office in Taksim.

GENEL TRANSPORT IS HOLDER OF WCA's SUPERIOR SERVICE AWARD !

Our President Mr. Turgut Erkeskin held a "Country Presentation" on January 12th during WCA World Cargo Alliance's First 2002 Meeting in Los Angeles, USA.

During the meeting the first Superior Service Awards were handed over to most successful partners of the 300 offices counting WCA network. One of the award winners was GENEL TRANSPORT, now in its 14th year of freight forwarding services to trade and industry.
